Custom, One-of-a-Kind Designs: Do you have any family heirlooms or vintage pieces that have been forgotten and sitting lonely in your jewelry box? Irene loves working with clients to design custom wearable art based on your individual, unique style. Brooches/pins, earrings, shoe clips, belt buckles…the possibilities are endless.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive.

Returns: We provide store credit within 10 days of original sale toward a future purchase of Irene Jung Jewels. Unfortunately, because each and every one of Irene Jung’s Jewels is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to refund purchases. Please contact us with any concerns – we want all customers to love their jewels.

Repairs: We are more than happy to offer complimentary repairs on any Irene Jung Jewels within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for further details.
